1998
How It Started
In 1998, Wanpy began producing chicken jerky treats for pets, laying the foundation for what would become a globally recognized pet food brand.
2003
Establishment of a World-Class Factory
In 2003, Wanpy built its first factory, meeting world-class standards and setting the stage for large-scale international production.
2008
Premium Treat Factory
In collaboration with Japan’s leading pet treat company, Wanpy established a high-end treat production line, further elevating our product quality and innovation.

Dry Food Milestone
Wanpy expanded into dry pet food by building a state-of-the-art facility equipped with European production lines, marking a major step in product diversification.
2013
Recognized as a Well-Known Trademark
Wanpy became the first pet food brand in China to be recognized as a “Well-known Trademark,” reflecting growing consumer trust and brand influence in the Chinese market.
2015
Brand Refresh and U.S. Expansion
Wanpy introduced a refreshed brand identity featuring its iconic dog and cat head visuals, and established a production base in the United States to better serve the North American market.
2016
Awarded for Brand Excellence
In November 2016, Wanpy received the “Brand Building Award” in recognition of its efforts in shaping a trusted and innovative brand in the global market.
2017
Publicly Listed
In August 2017, Wanpy’s parent company officially went public on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming China’s first listed pet food company.
2018
Largest Pet Treat Factory in Canada
Wanpy built the largest pet treat factory in Canada, solidifying its presence in the North American market and boosting global production capabilities.
2020
Global Export Expansion
By 2020, Wanpy products had been exported to all five continents, establishing a strong international footprint.

New Zealand Wet Food Factory
Wanpy established the largest high-end wet pet food factory in New Zealand, reinforcing its commitment to premium quality and global supply capabilities.

Advanced 5.0 Dry Food Facility Launched
Wanpy launched a next-generation 5.0 smart dry food factory—one of the most advanced dry pet food facilities in the world—enhancing intelligent manufacturing and operational efficiency.

Global Reach: Healthy, Happy, Wanpy!
By 2024, Wanpy had expanded its global footprint to 73 countries and regions. The brand also unveiled a new slogan, “Healthy, Happy, Wanpy!” to reflect its mission of bringing wellness and joy to pets worldwide.
